Please be advised that the 2025 Road Work Projects will begin on June 11, 2025.
GAR Construction will be working throughout the community. For your safety and the safety of the workers, please drive carefully, follow posted signs, and remain cautious in all work zones.

2025 Spring Cleanup
It’s that time again! Spring Clean-Up will take place on Saturday, April 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We’ll be replacing signs, cleaning up debris, fixing posts and rails near the spillway, and getting both beaches ready for the season. We need your help to make our community shine!
